1. School Counselling Centre :
The School offers services on two major areas of guidance :
(a) Personal or remedial counseling for students facing a problem in their academic, social and personal lives.
(b) Vocational guidance to enable students decide on career choices and future prospects.
2. Value Education and Other Activities :
Teaching children values has become a subject of deep interest, powerful concern and enormous priority. Our endeavor is to 'shape the destiny of India in our classrooms' by including ethical and moral concerns in the curriculum and imparting a value based education to our students, that builds character, promotes integrity and produces behaviour that is beneficial to the society at large.
3.Workshop & Seminars :
The School arranges workshops and seminars for teachers as well as students. Staff members attend various workshops and seminars to learn new and modern teaching methodology thereby making learning more effective.
4. Clubs :
Students are allotted hobby clubs according to their interest and potential art & craft, dance (Indian & western), music, gardening, clay modeling, dramatics, Integrity Club, Eco Club, Health & Wellness Club, Maran Club and Computer Club etc.
5. Tours & Excursions are a regular feature :
The students are given hands on experience by sending them out on day visits to factories, to Post Office, visit to Printing Press, Class picnics, Sanjay Van, Pantnagar University, Aerodromes etc. for unique and enriching learning experiences. Planned excursions to Ramnagar, Jim Corbett, Nainital, ranikhet, Jaipur, Agra etc. are a regular feature at Tender Hearts English School This gives an opportunity in building in students a feeling of fun, challenge and a spirit of adventure.
6. School Parliament :
An efficient and useful instrument of social and discipline is the students parliament in which authority and responsibility are shared by the young students for the welfare of the school fraternity. The School Parliament comprises of Head Boy, Head Girl and representatives from each house with an aim of inculcating team work and leadership skills.
7. Summer Camp:
Organized in the summer vacations every year to impart expert guidance and training to the students in the activity of their choice.
8. Class Presentation:
Class presentation in the form of role play, group discussions, skit or project activity for better concept formation. All students have to participate in this activity.
